• Holes in the Floor can be repaired easily if they are small, such as a nail or staple hole. Larger holes that were created for wires and cables may require more work depending on how big they are.
• Scratches and Dents in your floor that are less than 1/8 inch deep can be sanded out and finished.
• Pet Stains and Water Stains can be sanded out and refinished if they are not too deep into the wood.
• Water Damage can be easily fixed if water is removed promptly from the floor with a mop. Using a fan and dehumidifier on the affected area will also minimize the damage.
• Severe Water Damage can be fixed by sanding and refinishing. Some boards may need to be replaced depending on the discoloration from the water.

It is important to know that we replace and refinish damaged boards by using the same type of wood and stain. We try to come as close as possible to matching your existing hardwood floor. Note that no one can match your current floor exactly. Floors change over time and fading from the sun, wear and tear and other variables contribute to the shade of your floor.
